No and No. That's because scientists are able to intuit their existence by their effect. It is at least reasonable to allow the same for God. Dawkins refuses because he is a secular fundamentalist. He has simply decided there is no God and disallows any evidence to the contrary because of his a priori assumptions. That's fundamentalism. And you can be a religious fundamentalist or a secular fundamentalist a la Dawkins. I just thought it was funny that the man who has tried to kill God ends up being worshipped himself.
